行政/专业管理职位 Management/ Professional Post

1. 校长办公室副主任 Assistant Director - President's Office (Ref. 2015/025/01)

应聘者要求: 1. 学士以上学历; 2. 在相关领域8年以上工作经历,教育领域优先考虑; 3. 良好的语言表达及写作能力(中、英文); 4. 强烈的工作责任心; 5. 良好的组织管理能力。

主要岗位职责: 1. 协助校办主任联系有关政府部门,做好联络协调工作; 2. 协助校办主任安排协调全校性重大活动; 3. 组织召集全校性会议,做好会议记录及会议决议,会后督办各部门跟进落实; 4. 组织起草学校行政工作报告、总结、计划、决议及请示等文件; 5. 完成交办的其他工作。

2. 学生心理辅导师学生事务处 Student Counsellor - Student Affairs Office (Ref.2015/05/01)

The applicant should have a) A master degree in Psychology/Counselling, a higher degree would be an advantage; b)A professional certificate in Psychology/Counselling, c)at least 3 years' post-qualification counseling experience, preferably at tertiary institutions; experience in student mental health are preferred; d)Strong case analysis and problem solving skills ;e) good command of English and Chinese; f)the ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks.

Duties include i) Providing individual and group counselling support; ii) Design and follow-up on student mental health plan; iii) Hold related seminars, workshops and talks ; iv) Conduct psychological assessment by using a range of techniques includes interviews, psychometric tests, counseling and direct observation etc.; v)assisting in some administrative work; and vi)undertaking other assignment assigned by the supervisor.

3. 学生宿舍辅导老师 Student Hostel Officer (Ref. 2015/028/01)

The applicant should have a) a Bachelor degree, a higher degree and overseas higher education background would be advantages; b) at least 3 year post-qualification administrative or relevant experience, preferably with tertiary institutions; c) good command of English and Chinese; d) Good organizational and problem solving skills; e) good for physical and mental health, strong affinity; f) proficiency in Microsoft Office software and social media; and g) Ability to work independently when required.

Duties include i) day-to-day management of the student hostel; ii) organizing new students orientation-related activities; iii) conduct living learning programs and initiatives; v)collaborate with residents' associations; and vi) undertaking other assignment assigned by the supervisor. Working during non-office hours for student services/activities may be needed.

4. 学生事务处经理 Manager - Student Affairs Office (Ref. 2015/004/01)

The applicant should have a) a Bachelor or preferably a higher degree in Education/Psychology or related areas; b)at least 5 years' post-qualification working related experiences, preferably in student affairs; c)a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and good organizational skills; d)good interpersonal and liaison skills, and an ability to lead a team to work on multiple tasks under pressure; e)the ability to handle emergencies and special cases; f) good command of English and Chinese.

Duties include i) organizing various student activities; ii) supervising staff and handling general department administration; iii) keeping liaison with students, academics, and other University departments ; v)assisting in planning, preparation and review of student related matters including financial aid program, student hostel management, student orientation and summer program, student information system, international student recruitment and management, mental health education, etc.; and vi) undertaking other assignment assigned by the supervisor. Working during non-office hours for student services/activities may be needed.

5. 学术交流处经理 Academic Links Manager (Ref.2015/002/02)

The applicant should have: a) Overseas education experience with at least a postgraduate degree; b) Substantial experience in international academic exchanges and links, preferably with more than 8 years of relevant experience; c) Outstanding skills and experience in planning, coordination, and agreement writing to build international partnerships; d) Fluent in English and Chinese speaking and writing and being able to produce professional documents; e) Outstanding skills and knowledge of Western education systems; and f) Self-motivated, proactive, and highly dependable.

Duties include: The Manager position for the University's Academic Links reports directly to the Vice President for External and Student Affairs. Its crucial mission is to foster, manage and build international partnerships to serve for the University's needs in globalized education and research. Duties include, but not limited to, the following aspects.

(1).Assist the VP for External and Student Affairs to foster and build international partnerships by visiting partners overseas and establishing MOUs and Letters of Intent for student exchanges, faculty exchanges, summer programs, and collaborative degree programs, etc.; (2).Communicate with and run the established partners and perspective partners; (3).Process travel documents for academic visitors and University leaders; (4).Manage and supervise CUHK(SZ) students to study abroad and for international students to study at CUHK(SZ); (5).Promote international academic exchanges by coordinating visits of international scholars and receive visits from perspective partners; and (6).Organize international events on campus or elsewhere.

6. 教务处主管 Officer - Registry Office (Ref. 2015/029/01)

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 2 years' post-qualification executive experience, preferably at tertiary institutions; experience in curriculum planning and administration, student record database, exam administration and committee service are preferred; (iii) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; (iv) good analytical abilities as well as task-management and communication skills; (v) the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines; (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and initiative; (vii) good interpersonal and liaison skills; (viii) a high level of computer literacy including proficiency in word processing, preferably also computer graphics and web applications.

Duties include (a) assisting in planning, developing and implementing strategic plan and policies for both UG and PG students; (b) assisting in student registration and record management, timetabling and classroom booking system, administering examinations; (c) providing committee services, report preparation, website management and event organization; (d) keeping liaison with academics, students and other University departments; (e)supervising staff; (f) handling general office administration, and (g) undertaking other assignments assigned by the supervisor.

7. 经理书院规划处 Manager - College Planning Office (Ref. 2015/030/01)

应征者须:1)持大学学位,成绩优良; 2)有最少八年行政工作经验,曾任职专上院校及/或公营机构相关职级,并具筹办成立新部门经验者更佳; 3)有优良人际技巧; 4)兼擅中文(包括粤语和普通话)及英文; 5)有良好管理和督导能力; 6)熟悉办公室资讯科技及电脑应用; 7)对财务预算及会计有认识。

9. 传讯与公共关系主管 Officer - Communications and Public Relations Office (Ref.2015/034/01)

入职要求:

1. 学历:本科或以上学历。新闻、中文、平面设计、艺术设计等相关专业优先。

2. 工作经验:

1)三年以上相关工作经历,包括至少1年公关、传媒相关工作经验;

2)教育行业、传媒行业相关工作经验优先考虑。

3. 素质和技能:

10.建筑师 Architect (Ref.2015/044/01)

职位要求:(1)建筑学或室内设计等相关专业毕业,本科或以上学历;(26年以上专业经验,有设计院、投资方、精装修施工公司、顾问公司等二类以上经验的优先;(3)有效的人际沟通技巧;具有合作精神;品德好;(4)熟练使用CADPHOTOSHOPMS PROJECT等工程及办公软件。

工作职责:(1)主要负责校园各项装修工程(硬装、软装)的设计管理与协调;(2)与设计院、政府部门紧密合作,确保工程按时、按质、按量完成;维护学校利益;(3)管控专业内各项工程的可行性研究、方案设计、施工图纸、工程质量;(4)为施工工艺和技术提供建议,保持高品质的技术、设计、施工质量;(5)审核、跟进有关政府/顾问/承包商/其他有关方面之间往来的专业文件;(6)负责校园内部工程招投标的相关技术工作;(7)跟进完工后之工程维保工作;(8)完成领导分配的其它工作。

11. 学科馆员 图书馆 (Ref.2015/046/01)

应聘者须具备:(i) 985/211或国外院校理工科专业本科毕业,具有硕士或博士研究学位优先;(ii) 3年以上大学或研究图书馆学科馆员工作的成功经验,或大学毕业后全职研究工作经验(有国外研究型大学工作经验者优先考虑);(iii) 熟悉学科发展趋势,关注跟踪学科资源发展; (iv) 熟练使用专业数据库和工具书,掌握基本信息技术工具,编制简单程序工具;(v) 较好的交流技能和培训授课能力;(vi) 掌握读者和资源使用的统计数据的收集整理和分析工具和方法。

12. 系统开发主管图书馆 (Ref.2015/047/01)

The applicant should have

a) B.A. or B.S. from Chinese 985/211 universities or foreign higher education institutes, advanced degrees in relevant fields will be given preference in consideration; b) 5+ year successful work experiences in relevant fields, experiences with international research forms or universities in the area of innovation lab will be given special consideration; c) Hands on experience in program, Web/APP development; d) Excellent communication skill and highly collaborative work style; e) Open mind, eager to learn, and always seek innovative solutions; f) Services oriented, and willing to share workload when necessary; g) Have a demonstrated track record of successful project management and implementation of technologies and services.

Duties include

i) Perform programming and customization to vendor applications, experience developing web-based applications using appropriate tools; ii) Identify, evaluate, and acquire equipment and work with vendors to configure and setup a platform based on the director's directives; iii) Experience configuring and supporting vendor-supplied library systems, familiar with Ex Libris systems a plus; iv) Knowledge of emerging technologies, in broad information technology application area; v) Ability to communicate and work effectively with students, faculty and staff from diverse multi-cultural socio-economic populations in an international research university; vi) Ability to work productively in a team environment with vendors, ITSC, and library personnel; vii) Undertaking other assignment assigned by the supervisor.

岗位要求:a) 高中或以上学历,海外学习/生活经验优先考虑;b) 10年以上工作经验,在大中学校从事宿管工作优先考虑;c) 良好的沟通能力和问题解决技巧;d) 身心健康,较强亲和力,具有耐心;e)使用电脑办公软件和社交媒体。

职责:i) 执行学生宿舍管理规定;ii) 协助维护学生宿舍公共区域、水电设备和各项设施; iii) 与物业协调,做好防火、防盗等日常防范工作,协助处理突发事件;v) 上级指派的其他任务。 此岗位或需非办公时间工作。

The applicant should have a) a high school degree or above, and overseas study/living background would be advantages; b) at least 10 year working experience, preferably with school/university student hostel; c) Good communication and problem solving skills; d) good for physical and mental health, strong affinity and patient; and e) proficiency in Microsoft Office software and social media .

1. Dean of the School of Science and Engineering (Ref. 2015/031/01)

The University now invites applications and nominations of qualified candidates for the Deanship of the School of Science and Engineering. The Dean will be a member of the University senior management team, reporting to the President/the Vice President Academic. As the academic and executive head of the School, the Dean will provide academic leadership in terms of both academic program development and recruitment of high caliber academic/non-academic staff.

Candidates should have an outstanding academic credential appropriate for appointment at the level of a full Professor in the School. They should have an appreciation of the breadth of research/educational developments in the relevant fields and the range of intellectual interests represented in the School, demonstrated capability of academic leadership, and management and administration in higher education institutions, a long-term vision for the development of the School, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A high visibility in the international academic community is expected.

12. Lecturer/ Assistant Lecturer – Physical Education (Ref.1415/056/01)

Applicants should have (i) a Master degree in physical education or sports science; (ii) relevant experience in teaching and coaching at University level; and (iii) knowledge of Chinese and English.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) teaching physical education courses for undergraduates including international students (activities may include tennis, badminton, physical conditioning, basketball, volleyball, track & field, swimming, handball, soccer, table tennis, squash), as well as courses in fitness and health; (b) undertaking coaching during term time and summer months; and (c) assisting in organizing sports activities and in administrative duties related to physical education. It is expected that one male teacher and one female teacher will be appointed.
